 Okay, so now I have started my annual “clean up your act it’s spring-time” effort. I have vowed to clean out my walk-in closet (previously my last child’s bedroom), and donate clothes to my church’s outreach, start my spring colorful flower garden, promised to walk two miles at least three times a week (ride my bicycle the other two weekdays) with my sister and friend, and check in with my life coach once a week. How am I doing? Just like a new year’s resolution…I need discipline to continue, or motivation. To quote my girl Wendy, “How YOU doin’?”

 That is not a glow on my face in this picture; I am having a HOT FLASH! My husband is so sweet during the night when he notices I am not covered up he pulls the cover over me…,cuddles up to me, and says, “You are so warm.” I yell back “I AM HOT, MOVE OVER, AND GET THIS COVER OFF OF ME!! The poor guy is offended, he doesn’t understand, and neither do I.

It is my hope that my transparent life will serve as an example as to how you can step back into your life after a valley experience. Through forgiveness you can receive healing, and move into restoration.
